Back Pain- Do's & Dont's

Salam....
Few of us actually know anything about the danger of having back pain and the consequences that might follow if we don't pay serious attention to it. To all viewers, I hope after reading this post, do pass this information and remember to take serious action whenever suffering from back pain. May what I have gone through can be shared in here....

Do's;
  • Always keep good body posture whenever and wherever we are, whatever we do... Strictly, no bending positions!
  • Do use supportive roll under waist whenever going to sleep. It helps a lot.. >>>My own experience...I use BioN Cerastone, a ceramic necklace that can emit FIR (far infra red) rays and negative ions to relieve the pain...it really works and I suggest for those who are having health problems do use this as an external therapy...<<<<
  • Do consume calciums based products. It helps to strengthen our bone and at keep us healthy.
  • Always sit/sleep on a soft-cushion material...but not sit on a soft, deep seat sofa.
Dont's;
  • Strictly, do not eat glutinous rice, banana, chive, and cabbage. >>> This is Malay traditional way to prevent the bone from suffering too much pain..and it's true<<<
  • Do not wear high heels or it can harm the spine.
  • Do not seat on a hard surface like table, teakwood furniture, etc..
  • Do not take ice beverages too much....
For more information about do's and dont's, feel free to download this back pain do's and dont's pdf from Ohio State University and do search more if you want to know more about back pain..

Hopefully, my simple tips may help all the readers out there...

  3. may i suggest here..
    i think you should take out the word "boring" from reactions... and replace it with "useful" or "agree" or maybe "disagree"..

    consider.. that if readers feel bored.. they just leave with no reaction.
